SHIELD PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE

SMALL PROBLEMS DON’T STAY SMALL.

The SHIELD Asset Value Enhancement (SAVE) Program provides scheduled preventative exterior maintenance designed to catch minor concerns before they become costly repairs. The program is included as a standard service for Full Spectrum Property Management clients for a small fee, with the option to opt out.

PREVENTIVE SERVICES MAY INCLUDE:

Roof & Weatherproofing - Minor shingle replacement, flashing seals and rusting vent treatment.

Water & Foundation Protection - Gutter cleaning, downspout brackets and splash blocks that help direct water away from the foundation.

Exterior & Pest Prevention - Sealing exterior gaps, securing loose siding or trim, and replacing damaged wall or soffit vents.

Safety & Property Oversight - Before-and-after photos from scheduled visits, plus an annual SAVE Assessment and a video overview of the property’s exterior condition.

Any additional concerns identified during a visit are documented, giving owners better information for future maintenance and repair decisions. RO
